DATES ARE SET FOR THE FALL, 2009 SESSIONS OF "CHARLIE GREER'S 4-DAY SALES
SURVIVAL SCHOOL!"If you need your HVAC, plumbing or electrical service techs, or your HVAC residential replacement salespeople to bring in more moolah, send them down to Ft. Myers, Florida for Charlie Greer's 4-Day Sales Survival School." There are separate sessions for each profession. All training is done personally by Charlie Greer. Class size is limited to 12, so everyone gets Charlie Greer's personal attention, consultation and guidance. This is not a "party school." There is no playing around. It's hard and we keep track of our attendees actions during non-school hours. Only those wanting to learn are allowed to attend. The schools focus heavily on closing techniques, overcoming objections and confidence-building. |

CHARLIE GREER NAMED THE FIRST TOM
McCART HVAC CONSULTANT OF THE YEAR!
Service Roundtable and Contracting Business magazine named Charlie Greer the first Tom McCart HVAC Consultant of the Year at HVAC Comfortech 2008. What I appreciate most about receiving this honor is that it is essentially a popularity contest. The thing is, I was one of the unpopular kids in school and I still haven't gotten over it. Winning this award will go a long toward helping me to do so. Service Roundtable and Contracting Business put the word out to contractors to vote for the consultant they felt were most deserving of the honor. When I heard about the award, I made it a point not to "politic" or lobby for it. I said nothing to no one about it. I didn't ask anyone to vote for me. My feelings were that, if I were to win it, I wanted it to come about on its own. Well, it did. Tom McCart was an HVAC consultant. He's the only consultant to reside in the HVAC Hall of Fame.
